These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the booking of any accommodation, transfer, or excursion services (the “Services”) provided by Willy Ryan Tours Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). By making a booking or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Willy Ryan Tours Ltd is a tour operator registered in Mauritius, with its registered address at Grannum Road, Vacoas, Mauritius.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is only considered confirmed once we have received the required deposit or full payment and issued written confirmation. It is the client’s responsibility to check that all details on the booking confirmation (dates, names, services) are correct.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, a deposit or full payment is required to confirm a booking. Full payment must be received before the start of the service, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Please use your booking reference as the payment description, and email proof of payment to info@willyryantours.com. Bank charges related to international transfers are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellation requests must be made in writing. Refunds, where applicable, will depend on the notice given and the specific service booked, and may be subject to cancellation fees charged by our suppliers (hotels, transport providers, excursion operators). We recommend that clients take out appropriate travel insurance to cover cancellation risks.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes to confirmed bookings, subject to availability. Additional charges may apply.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they hold valid travel documents (passport, visa, health requirements) and for arriving at pick-up points and activity meeting points on time. We are not liable for missed services due to late arrival.

Willy Ryan Tours Ltd acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, transport companies, excursion operators). While we select our partners carefully, we are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or damage caused by third-party providers, acts of nature, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for failure to perform our obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, civil unrest, government action, or public health emergencies.

All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Willy Ryan Tours Ltd and may not be reproduced without our written permission.

Any personal information you provide to us is used solely for the purpose of processing your booking and communicating with you, and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to deliver the booked services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.
